The IBM Care Coordination Program means that you have a health care professional dedicated to your needs. Your Care Coordinator is an RN who you can call Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm – with questions about your coverage, for doctor and hospital recommendations, for answers regarding simple health questions and almost anything related to your health insurance benefits.

Your Care Coordinator will answer basic health questions, direct you to programs (diet, exercise, disease management) that will enhance your health, assist you in finding specialists and other providers.
